We are proud to have advised Quantum Systems on the establishment of Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI).
Quantum-Systems engaged in this German-Ukrainian joint venture with Frontline Robotics, creating Europe’s first industrial-scale foreign production line for Ukrainian drones under the Build with Ukraine initiative.
QFI represents a new model of cross-border defense co-production, combining Ukrainian battlefield-proven drone technology with German industrial automation and manufacturing expertise. All systems produced will be delivered to the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
This project required close coordination across corporate, defense, aviation, IT and IP law, as well as a deep understanding of regulatory, security and cross-border structuring requirements.
