GreenGate Partners Advises the Shareholders of VEACT GmbH on the Sale to Infomedia
GreenGate Partners has advised the shareholders of VEACT GmbH, a leading European provider of data-driven aftersales and customer lifecycle management solutions for the automotive industry, on the sale of the company to Australia-based Infomedia Ltd.
Infomedia is a global leader in automotive aftersales technology and was acquired by the global alternative asset management firm TPG in December 2025. Through the acquisition of VEACT, Infomedia further strengthens its position in the field of data-driven customer engagement and aftersales solutions and expands its offering to automotive OEMs and dealer networks worldwide.
Headquartered in Munich, VEACT is one of Europe’s leading providers of data activation, predictive service marketing and aftersales customer management solutions. The company serves some of the world’s leading automotive OEMs and more than 1,000 dealership sites across the EMEA region.
The transaction brings together two highly complementary businesses and will enable OEMs and dealer networks to unlock the full value of their data assets, creating a more connected, end-to-end platform to manage the entire vehicle ownership lifecycle.
