Deal News - GreenGate Partners advises on further German–Ukrainian joint venture for Quantum Systems
We are proud to have advised Quantum Systems on the establishment of Quantum Tencore Industries (QTI) — a German-Ukrainian joint venture with TENCORE LLC, and the second major defense co-production partnership we have helped structure for Quantum Systems under the Build with Ukraine initiative.
Following the successful launch of Quantum Frontline Industries for drone production, QTI now brings the same cross-border model to ground robotics: with an initial order for 2,000 TerMIT unmanned ground vehicles, QTI delivers what is set to become the largest known UGV procurement programme in European defense. The programme was signed on 18 June 2026 by German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius and Ukrainian counterpart Mychajlo Fedorow.
TerMIT has already completed thousands of frontline missions in Ukraine. Built in Germany, designed in Ukraine — and now integrated into the MOSAIC UXS software suite for full interoperability across manned and unmanned systems.
As with QFI, this transaction required close coordination across corporate, defense, regulatory, aviation, IT and IP law, with sophisticated cross-border structuring at its core.
