Deal News - GreenGate Partners advises Anybill
FinTech company techreach GmbH, known as anybill, has received an investment of around EUR 3 million via a seed top-up financing round to fund further growth from existing and new investors. Mutschler Ventures AG, WENVEST Capital and the Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund joined the new financing round. In a first seed financing, anybill had already received about EUR 1.9 million from High-Tech Gründerfonds, Ilavska Vuillermoz Capital and several business angels last year.
The software provider enables retailers to issue receipts digitally at checkout. The company cooperates with cash register manufacturers, recently adding Diebold Nixdorf and GEBIT Solutions GmbH. One way of displaying the digital receipt is in the form of a customer app.
We advised the company on negotiating and drafting the contracts. anybill has been working with Dr. Tobias Schönhaar since 2021 and counts on his advice. This was already the second financing round of the company accompanied by Dr. Tobias Schönhaar.
