smartbax develops novel multi-targeted, antibacterial compounds with extraordinary potency against multi-drug resistant bacteria and difficult-to-treat biofilms.

The company intends to use the raised capital to advance their small molecule antibiotics through preclinical studies and expand the scientific team. Additionally, smartbax plans to further develop its innovative research platforms and identify novel solutions against multi-drug resistant pathogens.
